These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website, which is operated by SMN Capital Solution ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
SMN Capital Solution is a loan consultancy. We review documents, structure applications and submit them to partner banks on our clients' behalf. We are not a bank or a licensed lender. We do not lend money, and we do not make credit decisions. Every application is assessed by the relevant financial institution, which alone decides whether to approve it and on what terms.
We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or that you will obtain a particular rate, amount, margin of financing or tenure. Any timeline we mention is an estimate based on experience; the actual time depends on the completeness of your documents and on each bank's own process.
The instalment estimator on this website gives indicative figures only, based on the amount, tenure and rate you enter. The rates shown are placeholders. The results are not a quotation, an offer of financing or a commitment by us or by any bank. Your actual instalment will depend on the rate, fees and terms set by the bank.
The content on this website, including articles and guides, is general information. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not take account of your personal circumstances. Please seek advice on your specific situation before making a financial decision.
No fee is charged to submit an enquiry. If you choose to engage us, our fees and when they are payable will be explained to you in writing before any engagement begins. You are free to decline at that point.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
These terms are issued in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. If there is any inconsistency between the versions, the English version prevails.
